Effective, April 8th, 2014, Microsoft is ending their support for the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. Continuing to use a computer with Windows XP could result in possible consequences including security risks to sensitive information on the computer. This could impact our customer use of some services accessed through a computer. Computers operating with in a Windows XP Operating System will not receive necessary security updates, leaving the computer vulnerable to malware. In correlation with this Microsoft Windows XP issue, First State's Online Banking and Cash Management Services will no longer support Internet Explorer 8 usage after April 8th. If you are using this browser version, you may start experiencing issues while using some of our online banking services.

Positive Pay is a fully integrated, automated fraud detection tool offered in our Corporate Cash Management suite. Simply upload a file of your issued checks through our online Cash Management portal. If a check attempting to post to your account does not match the "issued checks" file, then it will not post and becomes an exception item.
With Positive Pay, you are able to:
- View details online of each exception item as they come in real-time!
- Built in decision tools allow you to "Pay" or "Return" the exception item.
- The "Issued Checks" file can contain other details such as Payee, Payee Address, and Void Date.
